“Reclaim Your Kitchen” / Quick, Easy salad

Having our Kids eat salad is sometimes tricky and, Well, they just don’t want the “Good Stuff”.  However, if we as parents and adults aren’t eating our veggies and greens, who can blame the Youth.

In this Video, Chef Michael shows a simple, quick, and healthy way to eat your veggies and Salad. We tried this technique with our teenage girls, and they would even bring friends around to eat salad.
